- 1/2 tsp honey, or to taste (You can replace the honey with your favorite sweetener to make this recipe vegan friendly.)
- 1 cup hot water
How to make…
- Place all ingredients in a mug and stir well.
- Serve and enjoy.
Warming Turmeric Ginger Tea Recipe
This delicious tea combines the health benefits of turmeric and ginger. The pepper helps the body absorb the turmeric, and adds a warm spiciness that compliments the heat of the ginger. This tea is great for soothing your stomach, perking you up, and helping you to feel good all over.
